How to make a reservation?

BEFORE THE VISIT

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive email confirmation. This will state the activity, date and time, the number of participants and the corresponding fee. Bank information will also be provided so payment can be made.

ARRIVAL AT MMB

They day of your visit, you will need to show proof of payment in order to access your activity.

Upon arrival at the Museum, you will be received by a staff member from the Department of Education and Activities, who will explain the steps to follow before accessing the Museum spaces (you will need to fill out the group access form, leave school bags in the cloakroom, etc.).
We also recommend making a reservation for unguided group visits, although doing so is optional.

If you have not made a reservation, your entry may be denied depending on the number of visitors in the museum at the time of your visit.
School groups on unguided visits must be accompanied by a chaperone at all times, from the start of their visit to the Museum to the end.
All visitors with a reservation must arrive punctually.

DURING THE VISIT

Objects on display cannot be touched.
Photography is allowed, but the use of tripods and selfie sticks is not.
Eating and drinking is not permitted inside the Museum.
